My name is Jane and I am one of the Directors here at JP Counselling Group Practice, I'm a person-centred and integrative counsellor, registered with National Counselling Service (NCS) & British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapist (BACP)
We are based in Hull & Hedon, East Yorkshire
We offer face to face counselling sessions - Hull & Hedon East Yorkshire
We cover National & International Sessions via online or telephone counselling.
Sessions are usually weekly/fortnightly, we offer flexible availability including evenings.
We work with adults to explore together how you relate to yourself and others, how you communicate, how you think and feel and act. We help you recognise and understand “what is going on for you” and we use a variety of theoretical approaches to accomplish this. Together we will uncover who you are inside so that you are more comfortable in your world.
We are non-judgemental, warm, compassionate, and honest and our priority is to keep you safe whilst you explore and experience your vulnerabilities. Together we will develop more of an understanding of you and what you are experiencing and uncover a new way to create a life that feels right for you.
